This new program is the brainchild of marketing veteran and small business
entrepreneur Debbie LaChusa. Based on LaChusa's 17-year career as both a part-time
and full-time work at home mom, the program will teach participants the steps
LaChusa has taken to build her own home-based businesses that allow her to earn six
figures and still be home with her children.

"I blazed new ground 17 years ago after my first child was born and I negotiated a
part-time, work from home agreement with the advertising agency I was employed by at
the time," says LaChusa. "Flex-time didn't even exist back then, especially in the
